Welcome to our international page!

We have years of experience in exporting to customers who live all over the world, so please be confident that we can handle your order in a streamlined, professional way.

Wherever you live there will be specific rules and regulation regarding imports, and we work closely with our shipping partners, Davies Turner Ltd, to ensure that we meet every requirement for the goods that you order from us.

Making sure that our beds and mattresses are protected during shipping is a high priority, and a specialist company, Fairfield Cases Ltd. construct high quality protective boxes which we use for packing. They are made to our specification and ensure that your order arrives with you in the same pristine condition that it left us.

There are different requirements that have to be met whether you are a customer residing in the European Union or outside it. Within the EU your order may qualify for reduced import duty and we can provide all the documentary evidence you need to claim this relief. No special customs documentation is required for goods that have been made in a EU country.

Outside the EU some countries require a certificate of origin showing that the goods come from the UK. This establishes that the goods have been wholly produced in the UK, or made in accordance with specific rules. The South Wales Chamber of Commerce issues this documentation which we apply for on an individual basis. Many Arabic states require exporters to supply an Arab-British Certificate of Origin with each goods shipment. This must be authorised by the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, who work with chambers of commerce countrywide. These certificates tend to take a little longer to be produced.

If you’re a customer that lives in the EU then our prices, which include the UK rate of VAT (20%), are correct. You need to contact us for a shipping quote, we will need the delivery address to be able to do this. If however you are registered for VAT, we are able to deduct the tax.

Any customer living outside the EU isn’t charged VAT, so please deduct 20% from our on-line prices. Contact us with your address and we will get the best shipping quote possible for the delivery of your order.
